Letter to Haj Ahmad Aqa the merchant of Khuy, 1923
To Haj Ahmad Aqa the merchant from Khuy; regarding some financial matters and other news, including the death of Mashhadi Muhammad Sattar the cigarette seller, whose wife is the executor of his will. The writer tells the addressee that they should wait before demanding what the deceased owed Haji Ahmad because he had underage children. He also mentions that Sarkar's family is in need of more allowance.

Sale document of Mirza Yahya's sister, 1874
‘Ali Ibn al-Hasan sells one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir to Ibrahim Khan Sartip [brigadier] for three hundred and fifty tumans. He has the power of attorney from the sister of the late Mirza Yahya (who is Mirza Sayyid Ghulam Husayn’s wife) to execute Mirza Yahya’s will and pay off his debts.

Settlement and Will of Bibi Zahra Khanum, 1914
Will of Bibi Zahra, dated February 13, 1914: Bibi Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Haji Ismaʻil, settled all her properties and belongings with Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, for 100 dinars. It was also settled that for fifty years from that date, if Bibi Zahra Khanum is alive, her living expenses should be paid, and upon her death, 40 tumans are to be spent upon: a memorial ceremony (costing 20 tumans), prayers and fasts, and to pay her debts and those of her late son, Aqa Muhammad Husayn. Division of Iskandar Khan's belongings, 1915
Two copies of a document dividing the listed properties owned by the late Haj Iskandar Khan the Colonel among his inheritors: Hajiyah Baygum Khanum (Iskandar Khan's wife), Habib Allah Khan Sultan (Iskandar Khan's brother), and Haj Mir Aqa on behalf of his wife [Taj Amal Khanum] (Iskandar Khan's sister). The undivided belongings should be sold to pay Iskandar Khan's debts and the remaining should be divided among the mentioned inheritors. Hajiyah Baygum Khanum keeps the will. On the margin, it is noted that grain crops should also be divided among inheritors.

Letter regarding inheritance
Letter (on letterhead of ‘Asr-i jadid newspaper) addressed to Mirza Ahmad who was the executor of the will of the writer's parents. Upon Mirza Ahmad and Khalah Jan's advice, the writer's share was given to Fakhr Taj Khanum to be returned to the writer when they reached the legal age. However, Fakhr Taj Khanum has not returned the share and the writer is asking for Mirza Ahmad's help. At the end, the writer compares this favor to buying and then freeing a slave for Aqa ‘Abd al-‘Ali.
